So I ran out of time yesterday because of work and school...so here is yesterday's photo.

So I don't even know what to say about this. It was on the sidewalk at my school (University).

So today begins my year of blogging for my photos. I promised myself I would spend my year working on my photography and learning new ways to express myself in my photography. I am also doing this as a way to stay connected with my Aunt who is battling cancer. She is going to try to do a blog on her fight as well so I thought this would be a good way to support her efforts and to give her a blessing everyday! So my first photo is of a sunset that I took the other evening. I know I should post a photo from today so I will get to one later this afternoon. For now, Tam, this one is for you!

On our way

So we are officially on our way to Washington DC. We stopped in St. Louis to take in the sites, eat some Spaghetti Factory and views of the overflowing Mississippi. The view was amazing. We have Grandma Church, Grandpa Jon and all the kids on this adventure. We had a little mishap when we made it to Mt. Vernon, IL and discovered we had run over something and it punctured the tire. So in the morning we have to get that repaired. So far the adventure is well worth the effort.
